Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during high-volume periods.
• Proficient cash handling and basic math for transactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager on Duty with daily operations and schedule coordination.
• Greet customers, take orders, upsell and provide menu information.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and food quality standards across FOH/BOH.
• Train and support team members on shift and assign tasks.
