Job summary

KwikFill is seeking a Shift Leader in Baldwinsville, NY to support store operations and assist the location Manager and Assistant Manager. The role is entry-level with development toward an Assistant Manager position.

Expect to cover 1–2 weekends per month in a management capacity and to perform duties including customer service, stocking, cash handling, and maintaining store standards in a retail convenience setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Convenience store experience is helpful but not required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Greet customers with a smile and a hello.
• Learn and operate the cash register with accuracy.
• Stock and face merchandise, including gondolas and shelves.
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with health and safety policies.
• Handle cash and store paperwork accurately.
