Job summary

KwikFill in Spencerport, NY is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Store Manager and assist in developing new employees. The role provides hands-on training toward an Assistant Manager position, with weekend management duties as needed.

You will handle customer service, cashiering, stocking, safety, and basic store paperwork, while maintaining a neat appearance and complying with company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register with accuracy.
• Price, stock, and face merchandise; stock shelves and backrooms.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with Health Department rules.
• Follow all security and safety policies.
• Account for shift and daily transactions.
• Be neat in appearance and follow dress codes.
• Complete required store paperwork accurately.
• Perform duties assigned by Store or District Manager.
• Be responsible for cash and inventories in the absence of management.
• Report shortages/overages immediately.
