Responsibilities

• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register and related equipment with accuracy.
• Stock and price merchandise; manage storage and rotation.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with Health Department rules.
• Follow security and safety policies and procedures.
• Handle shift and daily transactions and be responsible for cash and inventories in the absence of management.
