Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an hourly champion to support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts independently and ensuring high standards of guest service. You’ll take ownership of tasks, coach team members, and maintain cleanliness and safety.

You will help manage labor, inventory, and standards to ensure efficient operations and positive guest experiences across busy shifts in Millbrae, CA. Training and advancement opportunities are available at franchise locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry trash containers.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help when appropriate.
• Provide guidance to team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and uphold food safety, quality and order accuracy.
• Greet customers, maintain a positive attitude, and interact professionally.
• Oversee cash control, inventory, and labor in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and health & safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
