Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Barrington, IL is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensure safe, clean conditions, and support the General Manager.

Ideal candidates are 18+, high school diploma or equivalent, able to work varied hours including early mornings, and able to pass a background check. ServSafe certification and a valid driver's license are preferred where required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training is preferred.
• Possession of a current, valid state driver's license is preferred at some locations.
