Prysmian in North Carolina is seeking a Team Lead for a four-rotating 12-hour shift in a 24/7 fiber optic cable manufacturing plant. You will oversee shift operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive production goals while aligning with ISO14001 EMS guidelines.

The Team Lead oversees one of four rotating 12-hour shifts, running in a 24/7 (7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am) fiber optic cable manufacturing plant. The team lead keeps safety and quality standards and ensures that production goals are met with work being performed in compliance with company policy and regulations.
