Prysmian is seeking a Team Lead for our fiber optic cable plant operating 24/7 on rotating 12-hour shifts. The role enforces safety and quality standards and drives production goals, with staff reallocation as needed and end-of-shift turnover briefings.
Ideal candidates hold a HS diploma (AS degree preferred) and have 2+ years of progressive management in manufacturing, preferably in optical fiber cabling. Strong communication, calm under pressure, and basic computer skills are essential.

The Team Lead oversees one of four rotating 12-hour shifts, running in a 24/7 (7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am) fiber optic cable manufacturing plant. The team lead keeps safety and quality standards and ensures that production goals are met with work being performed in compliance with company policy and regulations.
