Position Overview

The Shift Leader is responsible for leading the store alongside the General Manager or Assistant GM. They ensure the team understands goals, expectations, products, cleanliness, directives, and guest connections during their shift.

Responsibilities

1. Lead shifts focused on team engagement and guest satisfaction, promoting fun and excellence.
2. Maximize product sales and manage waste strategically.
3. Maintain the store’s appearance and ensure deployment of daily roles and responsibilities.
4. Communicate effectively and address needs proactively.
5. Delegate tasks, own shift outcomes, and ensure SOP and quality standards are met.
6. Coach team members in real-time, train on roles, products, and promotions.
7. Perform administrative duties such as deposits, inventory, and ordering.
8. Support team development and discuss career growth.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 1 year leadership, retail, restaurant, or customer service experience or proper training approval.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements

Hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for 4-8 hours, with or without accommodations.
