The Shift Leader is responsible for leading the store alongside the General Manager or Assistant GM. They ensure the team understands goals, expectations, products, cleanliness, directives, and guest connections during their shift.
Hearing, speaking, seeing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for 4-8 hours, with or without accommodations.
