Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in San Diego is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure smooth opening and closing of the store.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and coaching of team members. Applicants should be 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be willing to obtain ServSafe certification during training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training.
• Driver's license preferred but not required at all locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages while ensuring a safe, clean environment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
