Job summary

BD (Becton, Dickinson, and Company) is seeking a Shift Leader for our 1st shift and weekend coverage in El Paso, TX. You will lead manufacturing teams, ensure compliance with FDA/GMP and our Quality System, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency on the line.

You will champion Lean initiatives, manage staffing and performance, and partner with HR on training and engagement to sustain BD’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience in regulated environments.
• Leadership across shifts and teams; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day production on assigned shift to meet schedules.
• Promote safety, quality, delivery, and productivity; manage staff and shift handoffs.
• Coach and develop production associates; monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
