Job summary

Biscuitville in Hartsville, SC is seeking a guest-obsessed Shift Leader to help run daily operations, coach a fast-paced team, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will work around family commitments with schedule flexibility; shifts run 5:00 am to 2:00 pm, leaving afternoons free. This role offers growth opportunities, a supportive team, and a culture that values character and accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation for daily tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with POS software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality and correct food temperatures.
• Lead by example by complying with all company standards and policies including the Code of Conduct, Attendance and Uniform policy.
• Develop crew members to acquire new knowledge, skills, and abilities for advancement.
• Act as a leader in Biscuitville and in the community.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for customers by visiting the dining room.
• Assist in operating costs and cash control.
• Ensure proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
• Make employees feel part of the Biscuitville family.
• Fill in for crew positions as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook).
