Job summary

Biscuitville is seeking guest-obsessed Shift Leaders in Greer, SC. The role supports a 5:00 am to 2:00 pm schedule, giving you afternoons free as part of “Life After 2.” You’ll coach teams, ensure order accuracy, and uphold company standards while delivering friendly guest service.

The position emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and opportunities to advance within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
Reliable transportation for daily tasks; regular local travel.
Ability to operate computers including sending/receiving emails and creating documents.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Physical actions: bending, reaching, twisting, turning, grasping, pushing, pulling, walking.

Responsibilities

Coach your team to ensure order, speed, quality, and temperatures for every order and guest.
Lead by example, ensure compliance with Code of Conduct, Attendance and Uniform policies.
Develop crew members’ knowledge, skills, and abilities for higher responsibilities.
Act as a Biscuitville leader in-store and in the community.
Create a friendly atmosphere by engaging with guests in the dining area.
Assist in managing operating costs and cash control.
Maintain proper inventory levels through accurate ordering.
Fill in for crew positions as needed (Biscuit Maker, Wrapper, Cashier, Cook, etc.).
