Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation in the United States is seeking a Production Supervisor for water-cooled chiller fabrication and assembly lines. You will own safety, quality, delivery and cost performance on shift, developing team capability and enforcing standard work in a high-mix environment.

You will lead frontline operators, manage labor, participate in kaizen, and partner with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance to resolve issues while driving FPY improvements and on-time

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations environment.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a zero-incident culture; ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with EHS standards.
• Conduct daily 5S & safety walks, identify hazards, and drive immediate countermeasures.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead multiple water-cooled assembly lines to achieve daily/weekly production targets.
• Escalate and remove constraints impacting throughput in real time.
