Job summary

Burger King is hiring a Shift Leader to guide a team and run a successful shift at Store #23203, Jemison, AL. You will motivate Team Members, manage flow, and uphold brand standards while delivering fast, friendly service.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in quick service, a HS diploma or GED, and a passion for guest service and leadership. Evening and weekend availability is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience
• A strong sense of guest service and team leadership
• Available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members across every workstation during your shift
• Drive speed of service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction
• Maintain cash control, security procedures, and inventory accuracy
• Coach Team Members in the moment to raise performance
• Review shift results and spot opportunities to improve
• Uphold operational and brand standards, stepping in on the floor when needed
