LIME Fresh is seeking a Shift Leader in New York to grow leadership skills, take on greater responsibility, and support daily restaurant operations. You will lead by example, receive targeted training, and help provide management coverage during busy or vacation periods.

The role emphasizes integrity, accountability, and strong communication, with a focus on creating an inclusive team environment and maintaining a fresh, guest-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Food Safety certification through ServSafe Manager or equivalent.
• Certification to train others in Food Safety is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to work.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
