Job summary

LIME Fresh Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to grow leadership skills, take on additional responsibility, and move toward management. You will lead by example and help bring the LIME Fresh experience to life each day, with hands-on leadership and ongoing training.

Shift Leaders may lead shifts and provide coverage during vacations, holidays, and emergencies, while staying adaptable, communicative, and focused on guest satisfaction and team growth.

Qualifications

• Food Safety certification through ServSafe Manager or a similar accredited program.
• Certification to train others in Food Safety through ServSafe Manager or a similar program is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license or another dependable means of transportation to and from work.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future sponsorship.

As a Shift Leader, you’ll receive additional training, development, and hands‑on leadership experience designed to position you for future advancement into a management role.

Shift Leaders may also be called upon to lead shifts and provide management coverage during vacations, holidays, and unexpected situations.

• Certification or qualification to train others in Food Safety through ServSafe Manager or a similarly approved program is a plus.
• Valid driver's license or another dependable means of transportation to and from work.
