Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee’s.

In this role you will supervise shifts, motivate team members, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability and operating standards. You will train and develop crew, conduct shift meetings, manage labor and inventory, ensure safety and cash procedures, and represent the company with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Consistent and reliable.

Responsabilités

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings before shifts to discuss operations, safety, and procedures.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards; control inventory.
• Maintain reports/records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building/equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
• Handle cash and banking procedures when in charge of a shift.
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to policies.
