Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee’s to supervise shifts, train crew, and uphold quality, service and cleanliness standards. The role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced environment and promoting a safe, productive workplace.

You will manage labor, inventory, and cash procedures while collaborating with management to meet profitability and operating standards. This position offers opportunities for advancement and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands required of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent; 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver's license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift, discuss operations procedures, promotions, safety, security, training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash when in charge of a shift including deposits.
