Responsibilities

• Performs tasks of a Wingstop crew member as needed.

• Train newer crew members in tasks and responsibilities.
• Practice inventory control standards.
• Adhere to store policies and maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet required hours.
• Manage and motivate crew members and coordinate breaks.
• Assemble and package orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Support other positions when necessary and keep kitchen/dining areas clean.
• Maintain health and safety standards and resolve customer issues promptly.
