You will supervise shifts, ensure top product quality, fast service, and a welcoming environment for guests. You will train staff, manage deposits and security, and help control costs while driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Open and close shifts without supervision.
• Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
• Control food costs, labor, waste and cash while leading shifts.
• Train team members on company processes, customer service and updated policies and procedures to ensure we are a world class operation.
• Support local store marketing and promotions.
• Lead and delegate duties during shifts and ensure standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
