Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus)
• 1–2 years of restaurant or quick-service experience
• Strong leadership potential and communication skills
• A team-first mindset with a passion for guest service
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the Shift by supporting the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, running shifts, keeping the team focused, and ensuring open to close operations.
• Deliver an Outstanding Guest Experience by setting a fast, friendly, and accurate service tone and creating a clean, welcoming environment.
• Coach & Develop Your Team by motivating, training, and providing real-time feedback to build confidence and performance.
• Drive Results by executing shift plans, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and leading from the front.
• Protect the Business by handling cash controls, inventory and following security procedures to ensure accountability.
