Job summary

Burger King in Virginia is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, support the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, run shifts, and keep the team focused from open to close.

You’ll set the tone for fast, friendly service, maintain a clean, welcoming environment, and ensure guests leave satisfied.

You’ll coach and develop teammates, provide real-time feedback, manage cash controls, inventory, and safety standards to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Shift

Take charge of daily operations by supporting the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager. You’ll run shifts, keep the team focused, and ensure everything runs smoothly from open to close.

Deliver an Outstanding Guest Experience

Set the tone for fast, friendly, and accurate service. Create a clean, welcoming environment and make sure every guest leaves satisfied—or better yet, impressed.

Coach & Develop Your Team

Drive Results

Handle cash controls, manage inventory, and follow all security procedures. You’ll help ensure accuracy, accountability, and smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For
