Insomnia Cookies in Macon, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to captain our bakery during day or night. You will predict busy periods, lead the cookie crew, and ensure delicious products and outstanding service. The store is located at 1530 Mercer University Dr., Suite 700, Macon, GA.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Point-of-Sale systems experience.
• Strong communication, time management and people skills.
• Outgoing, friendly and patient demeanor.
• Detail-focused and results-oriented.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to guests.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning.
• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew.
• Provide a safe, clean working environment and follow food safety practices.
