Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of guest-facing experience in retail, restaurant or food service, preferably in a lead role.
• Demonstrated success coaching others, training new team members, directing work, and meeting productivity goals.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day bakery operations and guest service.
• Lead team members in daily activities and coaching.
• Collaborate with store management to drive sales and profitability.
• Uphold NbC standards and brand values.
