Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco's Pizza franchise owner in the US, seeks a shift leader in Gastonia, NC. You will lead people, ensure outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales, and control costs for the restaurant.

Open and close shifts, train team members, maintain standards for cleanliness and sanitation, and manage deposits/cash handling. Excellent growth opportunities as we expand and evolve with the brand.
