Chick-fil-A Fort Union is seeking a Shift Leader to run a shift with 15–30 teammates, ensuring fast, friendly service and strong operations. You’ll own problem-solving, safety, and guest satisfaction during your scheduled hours.

You will coach the team in the moment, balance quality with speed, and lead by example. This role offers growth into leadership with a proven track record of reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Available for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Proven punctual and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and own the results, ensuring fast, warm service.
• Coach and guide 15–30 team members during the shift.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
• Manage labor, waste, and make timely decisions to balance speed and quality.
