Qualifications

• Reliable transportation for daily tasks; local travel expected.
• Ability to operate computer systems including emails and document creation/printing.

Responsibilities

• Coach team to ensure order accuracy, speed, high food quality, and correct temperatures.
• Lead by example and enforce Code of Conduct, Attendance, and Uniform policies.
• Develop crew members to gain new skills and advance.
• Act as a Biscuitville leader in the community and create a friendly guest experience.
• Maintain a welcoming dining room atmosphere and assist in cost control and inventories.
