Job summary

AMNJ Ent Inc, a locally owned Domino’s Pizza franchise, is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team, uphold service standards, and maintain product quality. The role involves staffing, controlling costs, and coaching associates in a fast-paced store environment.

You will help ensure customer satisfaction, manage shift operations, and participate in training while contributing to a friendly, team-oriented workplace.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all products to Domino’s Pizza specs.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas, using FIFO.
• Handle customer interactions: take orders in person or by phone, and drive carside delivery when needed.
• Daily cleaning and sanitation tasks: sweep, mop, clean coolers, take out trash.
