Job summary

The Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee in Old Town, Maine is seeking a Shift Leader to help drive store operations and lead a team. You will ensure fast, friendly service and uphold quality across all products, including our Americas Best Coffee.

You’ll deploy crew, support drive-thru performance, set goals, and communicate results to help your team succeed. We value growth from within and offer opportunities to develop leadership skills as you assist the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Develop management skills by supporting and being an integral part of a great store team.
• Help support the General Manager by leading the team and nurturing its talents.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and energetic service.
• Quality control of our products, including Americas Best Coffee brewed fresh every 18 minutes.
• Crew deployment, drive-thru performance, goal setting, communicating results, and red book execution.
• Be a team player who can jump in wherever needed.
