Job summary

Nibble Nation, LLC is seeking a dependable Shift Leader/Key Holder to guide restaurant operations during shifts, coach team members, and uphold cleanliness and quality standards. You will help open/close the restaurant, ensure speed and accuracy, and maintain an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes leading by example, strong communication, and readiness for future advancement within the restaurant management track.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Leadership or key-holder experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, customer-service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to remain calm and lead others in a fast-paced environment.
• Must follow and enforce company policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct team members and assign positions during shifts.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and professional service and accurate order fulfillment.
• Open or close the restaurant as needed and support daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and food quality standards and report concerns to management.
• Train new team members and provide constructive feedback.
