RaceTrac is hiring a Shift Manager in Kissimmee, FL to lead a fast-paced store team, set the tone, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction on every shift.

You will train team members, oversee cash handling, inventory, and compliance, and partner with store leadership to drive performance. Bring 2–3 years of experience and a high school diploma; growth opportunities await within our multi-store network.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and complete physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift: set a cheerful attitude, direct team, assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time, provide guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism; escalate when necessary.
• Drive Operational Excellence: train to meet service, safety, and cleanliness standards; manage inventory and promotions.
• Oversee cash wrap, write-offs, and compliance documentation; lead shift change communications.
• Model Communication & Accountability: relay updates, monitor task completion, foster accountability and teamwork.
