RaceTrac in Kissimmee, FL is hiring a Shift Manager to lead by example on a fast-paced store team. You’ll set the tone, coach associates, ensure guest satisfaction, and help with food service, stocking, and cash handling to drive daily performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone with a cheerful, can‑do attitude and motivate the team.
• Provide direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide the team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, promotional communication, and cash wrap.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
• Relay important updates from leadership and monitor task completion for results.
