Job summary

McDonald's Fast-Track Restaurant Leadership Program offers structured paid training to prepare you for a Shift Manager role. You’ll gain hands-on experience in supervising teams, delivering great customer service, and mastering restaurant operations.

As you progress, opportunities to advance to Assistant Manager and General Manager become available, with a focus on leadership development and career growth within the McDonald’s system.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team during assigned shifts and coach crew members.
