Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store employees and oversee daily operations at our Weatherford location. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, support managers, and ensure smooth facility operations through teamwork and hands-on leadership.

Pay starts between $14.20 and $21.10 per hour, with a requirement for a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience and a background check are expected.
