Company and Culture: At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Key Holder assists with opening and closing duties, helps lead Guest Service, and supports the crafting of orders, bridging the gap between frosting and Guest Services. Job Position: Open availability during our business hours, including daytime, afternoons, and weekends (potentially 25-30 hours). The Key Holder substitutes for the Manager, assists with opening and closing, and creates a warm, welcoming environment for guests both in person and on the phone. Responsibilities include side work in the Crafting Department, light cleaning, and clerical duties. The Key Holder also maintains the crafting department's supplies, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Introduce walk-in guests to the bakery and products with a Guest Tour
• Suggest creative solutions and add-ons for walk-in and phone-in orders
• Operate and balance the POS accurately
• Collect guest email addresses
• Maintain current knowledge of prices, products, and promotions
• Keep retail areas clean, tidy, and well merchandised
• Dust retail surfaces regularly
• Assist with coordinating order timing between departments
• Wrap and box cakes for same-day/next-day orders
• Follow the Crafting Manual for cake designs
• Maintain inventory of design pieces and crafting materials
• Print and verify delivery logs
• Prepare bows and personalized message cards
• Ensure the crafting area is clean and sanitized
