Job summary

• Take guest orders when needed and support floor operations during rushes.
• Bus, turn tables and run food/drink orders to ensure quick turnover.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize service areas to standard.
• Report faults to Maintenance and manage stock and supplies.
• Lead staff meetings, training, scheduling, and discipline as required.
• Coordinate with General Manager and assist with coverage as needed.
• Respond to guest feedback promptly and professionally.
• Uphold safety, health, and liquor laws across the operation.
