Thunderdome Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support guest experiences and ensure menu item quality to Thunderdome’s standards. The role involves active line work with food and beverage preparation, and interaction with guests in a high-energy environment.

Candidates should be knowledgeable about our offerings, maintain cleanliness and show strong teamwork. The position requires movement and lifting up to 50 pounds, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Move frequently, bend, lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds while on duty.
• Support managers in developing team members and upholding the company’s high standards.
• Interact with guests on the line during food and beverage preparation to ensure satisfaction.
