• Run shifts effectively to ensure quality products, guest service and cleanliness meet Culver's standards.
• Demonstrates proper product quality control, presentation and hold times.
• Review daily deployment sheet and adjust to ensure team efficiency while maintaining labor costs.
• Perform restaurant opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor and coach team on safety best practices related to Culver's safety program.
• Train team on all restaurant positions.
• Ensure staff is knowledgeable about products and guest service.
• Ensure staff follows standards of uniforms and appearance.
• Administer breaks according to federal and state requirements.
• Assist team with mis-punches, voids, discounts and POS functions.
• Run financial reports and daily deposits.
• Access financial information and complete weekly sales and labor reports.
• Ensure completion of Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist.
• Ensure team practices food safety and personal hygiene.
• Assign and follow up on weekly/monthly tasks.
• Demonstrate positive role modeling through appearance and attitude.
• Attend manager and team meetings.
• Follow policies and procedures consistently.
• Ensure proper waste documentation on every shift.
• Follow cash counting procedures.
• Run daily POS labor reports.
