Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise store staff and day-to-day operations at our travel-center locations. You will provide outstanding customer service, support managers, and help maintain a clean, efficient facility while adapting to a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail operations experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store staff and general operations of the store.
