Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in restaurants or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and work a 20-30 hour week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and guest experience to meet service standards.
• Lead team, assign tasks, provide feedback and training.
• Manage the line, ensure product quality, and uphold food safety.
• Handle cash, count drawers, and follow daily procedures.
• Promote sales through in-store promotions and suggestive selling.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
