Job summary

PFLC Little Caesars is hiring a Shift Leader in Gaffney, South Carolina. The Shift Leader will oversee shift operations, ensuring quality guest experiences and effective team management while upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, promote positive values, and manage daily operations including sales performance and food safety. Candidates must be available to close shifts five nights a week and work weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8–10 hours per day.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to squat or crouch to lift items from floor level.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks.
• Ensure all security procedures are executed.
• Make guests happy by providing great service.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift.
