Responsibilities

• Food Safety: uphold and monitor food safety standards across all shifts.
• Internal Communication: coordinate with crew and managers for smooth handoffs.
• Inventory Management: assist with stock levels and ordering as needed.
• Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness: ensure store is clean and well-maintained.
• Managing Crew: lead and motivate team, assign tasks, and resolve issues.
• Quality Food Production: ensure menu items meet quality standards.
• Exceptional Customer Service: deliver friendly, accurate service.
• Safety and Security: enforce safety policies and protect guests and staff.
• Scheduling: plan and communicate shift schedules.
• Training: onboard new staff and provide ongoing coaching.
