McDonald’s franchise owned restaurant in Aurora, CO is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, supervise crew and other managers, and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service while maintaining quality, service and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include planning shifts, monitoring performance, meeting McDonald’s standards, managing safety, profitability, scheduling and training. Prior leadership in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred; 18+ years old required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is preferred in a restaurant, retail or hospitality setting.
• Positive team players with a flexible schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week, guiding crew and other managers to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards are met.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Support safety, security and profitability and manage scheduling and training.
