J-Quint, LLC-owned McDonald’s restaurant in Florida is seeking a Shift Manager to lead crew, uphold quality and customer service, and ensure smooth operations across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Supervise crew and other managers during shifts.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance, ensure safety and profitability.
• Coordinate with next Shift Manager for smooth handovers.
