RaceTrac is hiring a Shift Manager in Austell, GA to lead a fast-paced team on each shift and ensure a welcoming guest experience. You’ll coach teammates, manage food service tasks, assist with stocking, and handle cash duties with a can-do attitude.

You’ll drive store performance, train staff on safety and cleanliness, oversee inventory and promotions, and communicate with leadership to keep the team aligned throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities
