Qualifications

• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station including dough management and portioning; maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Exemplifies core values; maintains a positive attitude and adaptability.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and feedback to address issues; manages inventory and costs.
• Contributes to profit goals by proper cash management and using company systems.
