Jack’s Family Restaurants, Inc. in Arab, AL is seeking energetic team members to join our busy kitchen and dining rooms. You’ll lead shifts, support crew, and work alongside the GM to hit daily goals while delivering friendly, Southern hospitality.

We offer paid training, monthly bonus potential, growth opportunities, and benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance plus a 401(k) match. Starting pay up to $880 per week based on experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts, assisting and working alongside crew members
• Provide smiling, friendly service to guests
• Partner with your GM to lead the team and meet daily goals
• Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
• Train, coach, and develop successful team members
