Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise crew members, ensure quality food production, and deliver excellent customer service during each shift.

You will plan, train, and motivate the team while maintaining safety, security, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, reliability, and a passion for delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service for every visit.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and coordinate with the next Shift Manager for a smooth handoff.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability and communicate to improve the shift’s outcomes.
• Train and manage crew to meet McDonald’s standards and drive quality and efficiency.
