Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly experience for customers.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Monitor performance, safety, security, and profitability while communicating with the next Shift Manager.
• Help prepare the next shift to run a great shift by sharing information and expectations.
• Meet targets for shifts and assist departments in achieving their goals.
